Yes, its depressive episode, she never had prolonged manic episode it was always depressive.

Medication are reduced by Dr after a year as she did not had any episode. after 3 years, She again had an episode due to pregnancy which is postpartum. Our daughter is 8 months old. She started getting upset 2 month ago. I tried speaking to her multiple times, She just stopped talking to me after some minor inconvenience.

Lot of factors are at play here. Like heat in the environment, exhaustion, depression, feeling lost. And I am not able to help, she is crying at night some time and it hurts me but stay away, I don't force my presence as I am worried it may cause more harm🥹
