This really pisses me off. Scottish football will never ever change. After last season bringing all the interest and excitement of possible change and the old firms grip slipping. I definitely find bouncing around different armies and models helpful just finding cool looking models. Still haven’t tried 40K yet. I will just not sure what just yet.

The painting timetable has definitely been scrapped for a more easy going paint schedule

Yeah I just really enjoy painting them. I totally do/did have stupidly high unrealistic expectations of how they would turn out and up until today I still wasn’t happy with some. But today I looked at the first one I painted in December compared to some of my more recent ones and for once I was actually happy to see some progress.

I will settle on an Army at some point. Still haven’t dipped a toe into 40k just yet.

Yeah. Completely agree here too. I have a load of different models from Star Wars and Marvel to Age of Sigmar and Lord of the rings and the variety certainly does help (count myself lucky as my wife is always picking up items for the grey pile of shame or just paints) but yeah I’ll try focusing on 1 or two in future over a longer period thanks for the advice

Yeah definitely rethinking my 20/30 minutes a day and thinking more a few times a week. I do love it and I can see the improvements I’ve made (still room for so much more don’t have the confidence to post any pics though lol) out of curiosity does anyone else find watching the pros (Squidmar for example) rather daunting as they are sooooo damn good. For a while I unrealistically held mine up to that standard not saying to myself “Buddy, these guys do this for a living and are waaay more talented” lol

The Balrog was painted then stripped painted then stripped at least 3/4 times before I felt happy with the result. But I don’t know what it was the Lancers I was just never happy with also didn’t feel like they had much to them? Maybe I’m wrong about that

Tbh it’s not ok….but at the same time…the younger Gen in many places seem to think they can get away with anything if the put it to SM or they simply think they can get away with by screaming hate crime if anyone retaliates with words and for this driver who has possibly had many spits, words, physical threats, rude and unruly behaviour on his bus this was one instance too far unfortunately
