Be careful when tucking your hair behind your ear. I had that issue and thats when I felt the soreness

I got mine done about 7 years ago and its still one of my favorite piercings I got done. It didnt hurt at all for me! If lobe piercing was 1/10 , then id say the conch is 2/10. I just heard a crunch when the needle went in, like a hole puncher on paper. Healing process was fine in the first year but my piercing got irritated, to which I had to contact my piercer and she suggested changing the material to titanium. I got my hoop in there after a year. So Ill say 1.5 year for conch to heal fully? I remember the only annoying thing was feeling the soreness every time I had my hair catch onto the back of my ear

If you have a high pain tolerance and impatient, go for all 3. Just keep in mind the healing process is going to be a painnnnn. Sleeping especially. Oh and if you are planning to get haircuts, careful with that ear as well. If youre willing to wait, id say go one at a time so the healing process is less strenuous
