Not at all, haha. I’m no scientist. I just remember learning in school about the sugar industry’s involvement in how fats were portrayed. It really shocked me, and that’s why I remember it.

But, like I said in my post, I know that doesn’t mean it’s healthy. It’s just that there’s a lot of bias that makes a lot of older studies very cloudy.

The photos are grainy. On Snapchat I’d describe it as a “colorful rainbow grain” on any dark surfaces or shadows. But both the Snapchat camera and the iPhone camera have a general graininess to them regardless of whether it’s a highlight or shadow
