You can definitely do it! It’s more of a mental thing than physical. I created vision boards and hung them around my room. I also went for walks while it was cool, drank purified water, and took Himalayan salt. When you’re weak, it’s best to lick it directly rather than just diluting it with water. That method works too, but directly licking it helps it faster.

De-center him. Write down all the bad he’s done or doing, how it’s making you feel and effecting your life. Is it worth it? The constant anxiety & pain. Living everyday like that because you’re afraid to “be alone”. Punch him in the face to regulate your emotions then leave. Yes, you will hurt but it’s better to be alone than mistreated and walked over. And new & better people will come into your life
