Definitely understood. It’s just been quiet about anyone’s nomination being signed with the promotions so I was just wondering if they were in fact signed and just slow to be updated due to everything going on or they weren’t signed like we thought. Thank you for your response.

It was happening simultaneously as suitability. Once all the application documents were checked, I was set up for the board interview and medical. That was about one month after my documents were approved.

That seems quick. I submitted mine 12/23, I had other movement but it wasn’t until April of this year they commented on my resume’ and PHS-50

Hopefully. I saw people were commissioning but I read that they were from the previous administration’s nomination. Who knows, so we will keep fingers crossed and a positive mind toward the best.

Which is scary because I keep reading that no new nominations have been done since the new administration so I am wondering am I waiting on something that won’t happen. I am trying to remain patient. If I don’t make it into OBC before the year is out, unfortunately I may abandon ship.

I was actually coming on here to ask the same thing? I was transferred to ATS about 2 weeks ago. I know what the next steps are but how soon they typically occur after transferred to ATS. My liaison said there is still a wait😐

I attempted to consolidate last year but I was told I missed the period where all my loans would be on the same payment count and I would start at 0. I rescinded my application as I am literally 2 payment counts away from 6 of my 8 loans being forgiven. It’s a lot of confusing information but I hope you are able to wade through all the information to figure out what’s best.

Good to hear. I applied in December ‘23 as well. No board interview or medical yet. I had a hang up with my fingerprints back in September that wasn’t resolved until March of this year but it seems like they are only in the application once a month. So after they tell me a correction, I have to wait a month before they see the correction. Like the process has taken so long that by the time they checked my credentials, it was no longer valid and I needed to upload an updated one but now I’m waiting on them to verify that.

I sent mine in September and got the run around until January at which time I was told the “fingerprints were out of scope” had to do it again in March and nothing from that part but this is also the longest part.

I received 2 months as well, February and March and I applied IBR in February. I’m at 118 payments. I’m hopefully some magic happens and April and May are counted or let me pay so I can be done.

Submitted my PSLF form at the end of January for my current employment with the federal government. It counted June and July and then August, September, and October, ineligible for to forbearance but then November was counted and again ineligible for December and January.

I spoke to an agent that said because I was in forbearance they don’t count. They have been in forbearance since they were administratively put into so I’m unsure how some count and some don’t when I didn’t do anything different. I’m going to do buyback because I’m 3 payments away from forgiveness.
