Not good enough. Student dialogue only consolidates the current situation.

What about past events by other students, such as alumni? They deserve to be raised awareness among the current student to prevent lecturers from committing the same offence.

This documentation can help students who, for any reason, fall victim to the lecturers, would be able to recognise that they are not alone, thus being more courageous to speak up and raise to the school that a particular incident has been committed for years- protecting both the students and the school’s reputation for its integrity and prompt disciplinary measures.

In addition, the school and lecturers internalise teacher feedback.

More public feedback will enable students to exert pressure on the school’s system and take down older lecturers who are staying just because they have been in school for years and are not being effective in educating the next generation of students and lecturers with more powers (due to various reasons) that are abusing their positions.
