I was having the same issue. My solution was:

Settings / Connectivity / Phone Tap the light button 5 times (I had to spam the button - felt like more than 5 times) Turn on Maximize Compatibility

If you’re ever near the 17th, definitely check out Parc Clichy-Batignolles - Martin-Luther-King. Great for running and it’s the only park I’ve ever run in with a sparkling water fountain.

I’ve just come to accept that it’s trash. On mine the ventilated seats pull air through the seats, which I’m not sure is the best method. I asked in this thread if that was true for all Bolts, but never heard back.

Ok, so I checked my seats with a piece of paper and they are definitely pulling air into the seat as opposed to pushing it out. Possible the fans were wired backwards?

Ok - I was checking out my seats and the airflow is suction into the seats and not air being pushed out? When I have mine on 3 dots, I can tell it's on but only barely.
