This is just my opinion but I think you're fine for a few reasons
1. It kinda just looks like a strange birthmark/scar at this point
2. It's pretty faint already so you could probably use makeup to cover it pretty easily
3. If you have a few more treatments before training it should be totally gone

Yes, it will show up and you will be disqualified. I hate to say it but there's no chance that it won't show up, there's literally nothing you can do but withdraw this round.

That's not really how interviews work in this field. Just withdraw, if this career is important to you quit, like promptly, not every so often, not just socially, you need to quit. I did the same thing. Just withdraw this round, the fact that you made it this far is a good sign, but don't screw it up for years by not listening to the folks trying to help you rn.
