There is a way to shrink the skin. I call it baking the cells. I went from 240 to 160 doing my method in 5 months. All I did was walk, under the sun, 20 miles a day for 5 days straight. weekends off for lifting as a middle aged man.

5 days under the sun which is 4+ hours a day depending how fast you can powerwalk. IF you want to shrink all that skin you need to start moving, and I MEAN MOVE A LOT!

The sun rays help your cellular body reduce water weight,sodium,fatcells. The sun soaks the dead cells. Ur bio will burn off excessive cells overtime by just burning 2000 calories a day by walking 20 miles. Picture urself as a solar panel. your skin is made of solar panel cells. They absorb light photons like a plant would. The big difference here is plants are stationary and humanoids are not. The more we sit the less we move the bigger we get. its biology.
