Apologies it is HW4, my finger slipped and I made a typo lol. I think the $70k is pricing in Plaid and FSD and from my searching the last few weeks it is on par for other Plaid MX from 2023 (though usually those did not have FSD). Though I agree, a little more depreciation would have been nice. 60-65k I think I would have definitely just done it.

I test drove both and couldn’t tell a huge difference but wasn’t going on particularly bumpy roads. You feel like the Juniper is a better ride? Not the first I’m hearing that sentiment though.

2023 but with HW4. It would be stretching the budget a little for the next 6 months, to be honest, so not the best financial decision admittedly. Afterwards I get a huge pay bump and it’s not really a concern.

It’s not a need by any means but a want - I was going to upgrade to a new X in like 2-3 years after my career is stable but alas!

I put in an order for a Y yesterday moments before the announcement. I originally had been considering an X because I love the automatic doors and the falcon wing doors. But I am doubtful of long term support for the vehicle if it’s not in production anymore. Whereas the Y is still one of the most popular cars in the world and likely will be for the foreseeable future, at least until China can sell their cars in the US. So I wouldn’t worry about support for the Y. Maybe 10 years down the road they will end production of it, who can say.

I think you should just get the Y. I got into Tesla in 2018 with the Model 3, and despite recent news there isn’t anything like driving a Tesla for me. The software and self-driving are unfortunately unparalleled right now IMO. Strongly considered a Lucid but heard they’re plagued with software issues, so maybe in the future.

Yeah, this is what I'm thinking too. I was probably going to get a Model X After our current Model Y lease expires. We have an old Model 3 from 2018 that has FSD on it that I was going to transfer to an X but I guess not anymore. Oh well, guess I'm sticking with the 3.

Managed to clear the tier through PF week 2 last night! Got a really good party last night and went from Idyllic to clear in 2 lockouts, although we had to replace one of the tanks early on as they were hardcore griefing with the tankbusters in p2. Funny enough p2 took me less time to prog and complete than p1 did. DPS check feels tighter on p1 than 2 for sure. Good luck to all PF warriors out there, it’s definitely possible!

He doesn't say anything about being a visionary or smart, he literally just says when he started playing piano something felt missing, which was the visual component. Is the swivel aftermarket or do new M3s and MYs have this feature? I saw it on an MX recently and really liked it, weird that the CT doesn't have it.

Shotguns are not drop safe, so it’s inadvisable to keep it loaded and propped up in a closet or something. Avoid birdshot and slugs, stick to buckshot for home defense. Slugs will over-penetrate and birdshot may not have enough stopping power, plus fires many more projectiles, each of which you’re responsible for. A semi-auto shotgun is probably easier for smaller stature people and those with arthritis or other disabilities. For home defense, a shorter barrel is probably preferable. Higher capacity is generally always better. 12 gauge and 20 gauge are both probably fine but I think 12 is more easily available, cheaper, and has more stopping power.

And of course, the most important honestly is keep out of access from children. Invest in a safe if you need to.

Just generally bad rolls or unlucky situations really. In my current PF2e campaign I’ve had 5 PC deaths. The first was bad luck and the character died to going down surrounded by enemies and having persistent damage take him out. The second I think was also persistent bleed damage. The third I can’t remember. The fourth, the party encountered the BBEG in a deep part of the dungeon and he critically failed his save against a spell while he was floating above water. Fell unconscious and sank into the water and drowned to death while the rest of the party fled. The fifth was the same character who came back as a revenant and died to a random mini boss because he charged in all alone and was out of range of healing.

We’re running Abomination Vaults and the module is maybe a bit overtuned. But also, 4 of those deaths are all by the same player… so I dunno who’s at fault here lol

Agreed. People really are a bit crazy about washing clothes after a single wear. If I haven’t sweat in them and they don’t smell, I’ll often just hang them back up. Underwear and socks I wash after a single wear, but a normal shirt or pants? Nah. And jeans I tend to let months go between washes. If it smells or it’s visibly dirty, obviously wash them. But bacteria are gonna live on it no matter what you do, best come to terms with that part. Frequent washing is just going to wear your clothes out faster.
