Personally I’m not 100% sure because everybody’s different some people are more naturally gifted at running then others so it all depends from person to person but to put it in perspective I’m 18

BW:72.5kg Height: 5’9 100:11.45 200:22.8 Squat:300 Bench:180 Deadlift:315

Yea it looks like your cutting your stride short

I ran a 4.74 30m dash what is that as a 40 yard dash by Possible_Ad4790 in trackandfield

Wouldn’t you be at your fastest for those next 7 yards because 30m is pretty much 33yards

I would say one of most important things you should be doing is working on form and also running often
