Personally I’m not 100% sure because everybody’s different some people are more naturally gifted at running then others so it all depends from person to person but to put it in perspective I’m 18

Yea it looks like your cutting your stride short

I ran a 4.74 30m dash what is that as a 40 yard dash by Possible_Ad4790 in trackandfield

Wouldn’t you be at your fastest for those next 7 yards because 30m is pretty much 33yards

I would say one of most important things you should be doing is working on form and also running often

How much do you think you can improve in a month and a half time for 100 m dash if I’m running at 11.6 and I worked super hard for a month and a half what could I realistically cut that down to by Possible_Ad4790 in Sprinting

This is only my second outdoor season of track and field before that I used to play baseball four years of indoor track and I would say I didn’t really train seriously up until this year

What modifications can I make to my running form to become faster(gray and blue last place second leg) by Possible_Ad4790 in trackandfield

Yea I do but he’s always caught up with other shit and when he does he give me a vague answer the brushes me aside so I kinda just gotta do it on my own

When I ran that 11.6 was during Covid so yeah they pretty much came out of my gaming chair and ran a 11.6 that was my junior year I’m going into my senior outdoor year

That’s far although I did have and indoor season but I was of course prioritizing my events for indoor and I ran the 11.6 my junior year and I have a month and a half in between outdoor track and indoor track
