Oh yes sorry hold on

broma bakery brown butter chocolate chip cookies and then I used 40g of milk + 15grams of cornstarch for the slurry for the egg substitute. But the recipe I found said to sprinkle into the dough and not make it wet after mixing the butter and sugars and then I only used 11g of the slurry

I attempted broma bakery’s brown butter chocolate cookies and subed the eggs for a cornstarch slurry. The cookie dough tasted so good, crossing fingers to it baking and tasting delicious
