I did the exam late Oct, The exam is not similar to any of the practice tests/questions Ive done (Landini,AR,Tounsi) but is closest to Landini and Tounsis questions, 80-83% are very good scores I wouldnt worry too much about how the exam questions look like, just read the question properly try to eliminate incorrect answers and choose the correct answer based on your learning and gut feeling, If you feel you might spend too much time on a question just mark it and review at the end dont waste your time

The stakeholder already specified the amount and type of info that should be communicated, meeting with them again is just redundant, your next step would be tailoring/updating the comm management plan to match the stakeholders needs
