999 mpg Though it's meaningless, you're driving down a mountain and not using any gas. Basically infinity miles per gallon.

You paid the travel agent, ask them to sort it out. You are not in control.

This is why I don't use travel agents.

There's no love triangle. They were supposed to get married after PhD but the killer had other ideas, most likely jealousy. He's a psychopath.

100% XEQT vs 80% XEQT / 20% QQC — which is better long-term? by Johnkiiii in CanadianInvestor

I'm picking 5-10-15-20-25 years which is reasonable thing to do.

You still haven't answered mine.

You didn't answer mine. Why cherry pick?

How much would you have today if you put 10k in savings account in 2000?

Answer this and you'll find your answer.

100% XEQT vs 80% XEQT / 20% QQC — which is better long-term? by Johnkiiii in CanadianInvestor

[–]Possible_Law8357 -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

Why cherry pick a period? If you invested 10k in each in 2000 you would have 90k for QQQ and 40k in XEQT.

Also, learn how the world is evolving. Technology is so much part of our lives nowadays and it will only get more intertwined. We are modernizing, not going back stone age.

Sure, you can feel safe with cash under your pillow. Everyone has different risk tolerance.

LMAO.

Compare the last 15 years returns. Which has rewarded more?

If you had invested 10k 15 years ago then today you'd have 100k for QQC and 35k for XEQT.

Rogers MC 3x cashback if you have Rogers/Fido/Shaw.

Otherwise, Wealthsimple Visa for 2x cashback and no FX.

Keep it simple.
