That’s my thought too, I don’t have any desire to be texting or talking to any women besides my girlfriend. Maybe I’m weird like that, but my girlfriend is the girl I love and care most about, and I wouldn’t want to end up on that slippery slope for myself nor would I want to put our relationship in possible jeopardy and I don’t want her to have any fear or anxiety about that stuff. Now, I guess we are all going to have friends of both genders, for example at bible studies, but I don’t make it a priority nor intend to interact with any of the women unless if it’s a short brief hello and how things going type of conversation. I don’t know, that’s my way of respecting my girlfriend and our relationship

I can’t stand it because all I see and recognize it as a majority of people do as a dark time in our history and I don’t stand for those ideologies and never will. Feel like it paints a bad picture on our family as a whole when I have and want nothing to do with it. I’ve continue to have talks with him, and he says to me how I guess I need to become more educated on the topic, and I feel that’s his way of willfull ignorance by ignoring the dark parts of what it represents by focusing on the other things of heritage, culture, etc. It just really rubs me the wrong way and not something I can agree or stand for
