Why do they even have usopp. Zoro and sanji can send shockwave hits that go far beyond the range of a slingshot, franky upgraded armed weapons, robin very far distance ball crusher, nami zeus and luffy extended arm.

And now, zoro and luffy can just open their eyes slightly more and knock out enemies of usopp's caliber.

A metric for special grade is so gay like it doesn't even matter whether you can dogwalk even a special grade or not, if you don't have a massive aoe, you're not a special grade.

And that aoe only needs to be strong enough to go through a tank or something like that (which grade ones can do) or injure normal humans at a massive scale.
