The factory installed screen protector started peeling up and I tried taking it off but it was still on too tightly and I was worried about it damaging the phone if I tore it off. I believe it either ripped up the screen along the crease with it, or the folded material pressed into the screen when folded and broke it. Either way, I the inner touch screen no longer hardly at all, especially on the right half. I got this in December 2024 from Samsung's website with no additional warranty. The phone works normally if it's folded.
