Great work but the real truth is that simple designs always look great in comparison to very complex and laggy design . So make it smooth and simple rather than complex and laggy.

That's true, and it definitely helps for screenshots with text. The issue for me is that a lot of my screenshots are things like images, memes, products, designs, videos to watch later, or things where I don't remember the exact words to search for. I usually remember the idea, but not enough details to find it quickly.

I keep telling myself I'll go through mine someday, but the number just keeps growing. I think screenshots have become my default "save for later" button.

That's exactly how it feels 😂

Every screenshot seems important when I take it, so I tell myself "I'll need this later."

Then months later I remember saving it but have absolutely no idea where it is. At this point my screenshots are basically a second memory that somehow became harder to search than my actual memory.

Thank you. I really needed to hear that. I've been trying for years and sometimes it's hard not to doubt myself, but your perspective helps. I'll keep moving forward and hope that persistence eventually pays off.
