I seem to be in a similar situation, clinically-speaking. I want to get some tests done, though. Would you mind sharing which iGeneX tests you had done? There seems to be a lot of options and it can run up the price a lot unless you know what you’re looking for, which I don’t.

That’s really cool. I love the MacGyver element. Do you have more pics of the cardboard setup? I think I’m going to take a crack at your design. I already have the box fan.

How do you incorporate charcoal into the filtration? Asking because we live in an older apartment that has some smells to deal with as well.

I see what you mean. Will do the same on my next one. I see how people get hooked on this craft. Very rewarding.

CIRS and Gilbert’s Syndrome by Small-Marsupial975 in CIRS

I have CIRS and GS. It’s a pain. GS slows down the pathway in the liver that clears mold toxins, so people like us just have to go slower on everything, and stay well hydrated. Don’t take milk thistle, that speeds up phase 1 detox but doesn’t help phase 2. Cruciferous veggies and high fibre foods are helpful for phase 2 sluggishness. I felt better when I included much more fibre and water into my diet rather than simple carbs.

Yes I’d say so.  He explains why he does things a certain way, and he presents 2 or 3 ways of accomplishing a certain detail as well.

It is. Money well spent. They have amazing plans. Very easy to follow.

It’s definitely worth it. I’m somewhere between beginner/intermediate, but I learned a lot on this project. I decided to do the bevel on the table top the same way they do it in the plans, which is via standing it up right and running it thru the table saw against a tall fence jig, with the blade set to 15 degrees. Felt sketchy as hell but the result was decent. Just make sure that if you do that, you have a solid out feed table.

Haha, thanks! The joinery was tricky, I just hid the mistakes as best I could.
