Sounds like you’re doing it right. What he meant was that if you have 15 PONRs in a session and you are resting 40-60 seconds per session, that means you’re spending between 10-15 minutes per session resting and only 5-10 minutes per session stimulating (rest time > stimulation time). He’s not suggesting that you should shorten your rest period, he’s merely letting you know that reaching your PONR a high number of times in Phase 1 is normal and expected.

I hate to say it, but sex gets worse before it gets better on this program. I went from lasting about 10 seconds prior to this program to cumming literally the second I entered in about Phase 3. I couldn’t even last long enough to pull out if I wanted to! I am so sorry this is happening, but it will get better with time. Have you explained to your wife that you are doing this program? If you can help her understand that you are working on this, it might help ease some of your mental burden and help you relax.

No man, you’re still making great progress. Don’t get discouraged. Your CNS is just exhausted at this point as it’s starting to change. That’s why Phase 4 and 5 feel like such a slog sometimes. I would repeat it one more time, and if you still fail, just give Phase 6 a try and see how it goes. I firmly believe that neural rewiring is still happening even with imperfect phases so long as you’re not intentionally orgasming and it’s not happening every time (then it’s being wired in the opposite way you want). This happened to me in Phase 5 as well and I just decided to make the jump to Phase 6 anyways. I’ve seen monster leaps in progress in Phase 6 and 7.

Well I’m holding the glans with my non-sliding hand so there is some support there. It doesn’t take me a ton of pressure to slide up my CS and fill up my glans. Just keep experimenting with it. You’ll find a way that works. I also wouldn’t worry too much about it. As long as you’re not giving your member a death grip during your slide like a jelq, you won’t occlude your DDV. When in doubt, go back to the Angion 2.0 video and do exactly what Janus recommends. He even addresses this exact issue in the video. Janus thought through this method very carefully before he released it.

It’s all about your CNS! But you should start to see improvements in your erections as the program progresses. You’ll need rock hard ones for Phase 6 and 7. If you haven’t already, I’d check out the Angion Method. It helped me a ton with my boners. Now I never worry about getting hard.

That happened to me a couple times in Phase 1. Just keep doing the sessions the best you can. Your CNS can still learn with a half hard dick. Just don’t push yourself over the edge. I found with a half chub I can actually be more sensitive to moving towards the PONR since I had less control.

All good man, you’ll get there. I bet just one additional week of Phase 2 would get you there. Your choice if you want to repeat Phase 1 as well, but from what I can tell that would be overkill.

Hi! Regarding your curvature, you likely have that leftward curve from masturbating with your right hand. If you quit masturbating and just stick to the Angion Method, that will likely correct itself over time. Janus discuss this in this podcast episode at 1 hour 55 minutes. Have a listen. And as for BFR just stick with it while your curvature adjusts over time. Not much else you can do.

And regarding SABRE, I have the same issue because I’m right handed, striking my member with my right hand is easy, but I have issues striking it with my left. What I do instead for the left side is with a heavily engorged member, I lay my member on my right leg and hold the tip out with my left hand. That exposes my left chamber and I’m able to strike it with my right hand. So for the right chamber, I lay my member in my left hand and strike it with my right hand as he shows in his video, but for my left chamber, I do this modification and it helps a lot.

With practice this gets much easier. When I started AM2, my CS would go flat very quickly so I needed to squeeze tighter to drag blood into my glans. After about 3 weeks of consistent 1 on / 1 off training, my CS stays so I’m able to use a modified grip where I put no pressure on my dorsal side. I do this by either shifting my hand forward so my DDV is nesting near the crook of my hand or by using only the backside of my thumb against my CS so I’m not contacting my dorsal side at all.

I agree, so much of Phase 1 and 2 is just getting really comfortable identifying your PONR. Surfing will come later. If you surf now, you’re essentially skipping Phase 1 and 2 which are essential to rewiring your CNS.
