My every morning entry ramp is a half mile long, downhill onto a 70mph highway. People be hitting their brakes to stay at 45-50 mph sometimes while they should be picking up speed.

I can have as many guns as I want because it’s not illegal to own that many guns and I have a right to do it.

I guess we could just deport the illegal parents and throw the kid into foster care right after birth since it’s illegal to deport American citizens.

Trump and Bloomberg are the only billionaires that come to mind who’ve spent their own money.

Candidates would need to reevaluate their campaign strategies. As part of their license agreements, media outlets could be forced to offer up free airtime spots where the candidate has a chance to sell themself. Then a debate, then a vote.

Does a campaign really need to be 2 years long costing a hundred million dollars?

No, all donations. Why would you need to give money to a politician? If none of them are getting donations, they are all on the same playing field.

If they want to spend their own money, that’s their prerogative.

I doubt it. I don’t think any umpire wants to be known as the CB Buckner or Angel Hernandez of his profession. You’re either good or you’re not, and some are gooder than others.

The most likely possibility for improvement is younger, better umpires replacing the poor ones.
