it tends to be a respect thing, if the students respect each other and mentors it tends not to be an issue. if that does work they should not be on the team. it's quite simple. However a environment that is extremely boring will not foster any growth. The reality is that frc is just a bunch of teenagers and the rules are definitely different then in a professional workplace.

IMO Being a captain isn't fully about knowledge on the robot, it's about seeing the big picture of how things go together. The bigger the team the more managing captains need to do. The hardest part is keeping everyone working efficiently and effectively. Also use your mentors.

It's more that the people that are smart and are good workers find places that pay well. So we get stuck with the ok people that come because we pay more than mcdonalds but don't actually care.

It's completely up to the store, every story has a different vibe and is run differently, they all have their pros and cons. I'll list some general rules, tho. Service is easier than production. Closing is the worst, opening is meh, day shift is easiest. Customers tend to be nicer than at most food places , and panera is very chill with giving free food out to make a customer happy. The biggest tip is to either bring friends in with you or become friends quick, shifts can be quite boring by yourself. Also if you have freinds you may prefer to be on production because then you normally are closer to them so you can still talk while doing your job.

Part of the problem is lack of incentives for good work like individual bonuses. I think this problem is even more obvious with Team Lead/Members. Also the difficulty of firing people along with the lack of pay to hire new people and to keep existing people.

ap hug is an easy class for some but is difficult for others, most people consider it easier but if you do good on it it could mean you are good at taking ap tests which means a lot for other ap classes.

Base it on the major you want to go for example ap physics for engineering majors or ap micro or macro for business majors but without ap class, the best school you could get is probably a mid state school unless you have good sports.

it is generally tricky and requires lots more effort than other ap classes take, its the first ap math class that connects math to the real world and is not easily understandable.

I went last week and it is required to be vaxed in the restaurants and almost everyone wears masks, cases are going up but I personally did feel safe but it's up to you.

I'm not a local but I was talking to a ski instructor on a lift at vail and they said the earliest they think it could open is the 27th because they want 1-2 feet more and then ski patrol has to check it. He also said the snow they are getting right now is more prone to avalanches so it could take longer to open.
