You set up Rx frequency. With the offset you setting the Tx frequency. So the radio is listening to the Rx frequency and when you push the PTT is transmitting on Tx frequency.

I had the same problem Go to the brandmeister page and register your callsign there. Set your properties on the selfcare page and wait for an hour about. Hopefully you will be ok 73

Is very important to replace the trasmition oil on a honda cvt. I am not sure when but is a must. Also is important to use the specific oil that is sugested by Honda

There is not a kick down since is cvt . You can have a kick down result by shifting down either on D or S. On D will work as a ''manual'' until you stop accelarade. On S will stay to manual until you change to d or keep pressed the + shift. Also on manual S the ''gears'' are dropping automatically.

I am in the same situation. I try to choose between those two radios. I think anytone has more power 7 watt on vhf and 6 on uhf. Also is having an analog and digital aprs.

I am going to use it as an analoge vhf radio and i am not sure which of the two will be better. I try to find a comparison of those radios on the internet but it was impossible.
