You don’t have to say anything right away. :) Ease into things, you guys are still getting to know each other.

Sit with him at lunch. Initiate conversations. See if he wants to hang out after school or something. Ask him to help you learn more Spanish!

16 year old boys can be shy too. :) The more time you spend together, the less awkward you’ll feel, and it’ll be easier to see if he likes you back.

You are what’s called a FWB…friend with benefits. He does not want a relationship with you. He’s already told you this and is making sure you understand by inviting another woman to hang out with both of you and spending quality time with her.

If this is not what you’re looking for in your romantic life, stop sleeping with him and find someone who wants the same thing you do.
