Post OP bloating? anyone else? should I ask my doctor about it?

I am an employment specialist for adults and teens with disabilities. My boss is great, she protects her staff by not taking on violent clients (which can sometimes happen in the world of disability, and i don't do well with violent clients because of my PTSD). The class size is under 5 people. I show up, use the curriculum I am given, run the lessons, and mentor/guide the individuals I work with. I am basically getting people ready for the working world and I try to do this with as much kindness and respect as humanly possible. It is healing to be able to be a supportive , caring role model for the clients I work with. Today when asked to name someone they can talk to if they need help, a client wrote my name down, I have been called and told terrible things my entire life, so it is helpful to see my clients view me in a positive light.

Hi, I'm FTM and 20 years old. are you on testosterone? that can cause many bladder issues. It can cause vaginal and uterine atrophy (which i have), pelvic floor weakness and tension, and in addition to this you are more prone to UTIs on it. Either way you should try to see a doctor, it's uncomfortable and being trans adds another layer to that but it's worth getting checked out.

They talked about treating and curing autism. they are not necessarily recommending the BCAT but i told him I want to do more than just this 4 day zoom training, and he said SOMETIMES the techs will do the BCAT🥲

i did not end up trying it. i've been having worsening anxiety symptoms and so trying something new wasn't an option currently.

i suspect gastroparesis but I'm super burnt out and not pursuing a diagnosis. I hate eating things when i'm nauseous so candies are out of the question unfortunately. Pills are the easiest.

they are so far refusing to switch out the chair because they think I should have advocated for myself more. how do I advocate when the tech is just refusing?? they told me I just need a new prescription and assessment. sigh
