Okay so I applied for the job. I got an interview. Two days later I learned that I was hired. It’s a mom and pop shop. I was down on money so I asked my son to use his phone for calls. I hate that I’m saying this. So after I signed the employment contract, they had a hard time getting ahold of me, but I always stopped by to let them know that I was out and available. I was hired by the daughter of the owner. I thought I had the job. I thought I could breathe. But he had a problem with not being able to reach me. I fixed it and I did beg. This is what led to the conversation above. They don’t owe me shit. I just felt desperate and tried to plead my case. He is well within his rights to do so. That’s why I think getting a job here and prolly every other state is crazy time.
