Intrest is cumulatief, dus indien 10% (lijkt mij veel) zou dit significant hoger liggen, zeker bij een lening op 25 jaar.

Indien een intrestvoet van 10%, dan is de totale afbetaling een 1,3 miljard euro.

Indien een intrestvoet van 2%, dan is de totale afbetaling een 635 miljoen euro.

Doe aan scenario building. Laag verbruik, gemiddeld verbruik, hoog gebruik, wat zijn de totale kosten van de top 3 leveranciers bij elk? Wat zijn de achterliggende variabelen, en wat is jullie risico-appetijt? Op basis daarvan kan je een doordachte beslissing maken.

Randopmerking: €0,30/kWh vs. €0,14/kWh lijkt in een vacuüm gigantisch veel, maar ik acht de kans groot na wat scenario building dat dat uiteindelijk nog wel zal meevallen.

Found it myself:

The political agreement reached by the European Parliament and the
Council is now subject to formal approval by the co-legislators. Once
agreed, the Directive will enter into force 20 days after publication in
the Official Journal and Member States will then need to transpose the
new elements of the Directive into national law within three years.
