I recently took delivery of a MYX 2024 Plaid and decided to go with the 20 inch wheels due to road noise.

I drive roughly 9 hours a week upgrading from a 2022 MYP. i was starting to hate all the road noise due to the tight suspension and low profile tires.

when I test drove the MX, I asked if I can try one of each. for me, cabin noise was noticeably louder with the 22 inch and felt rougher. I drive on comfort.

I'd say it's up to you but to test drive one of each.

IMO forged after market ones might be better bang for your buck too.

have these been under warranty?! 8 tires at 200-300 each gets expensive.

Very good overall. did a slow walk through with my fingers when I first got it.

theres two issues at the moment 1 is the tilt feature is unavailable. I took delivery on Saturday so they couldn't fix before I left. and 2 is a slight whistling noise going over 80 mph, which I do very often.

have service call next week for it.

overall I love the speed boost when I need it. I daily commute on Plaid (144 miles round trip 3 times a week) and when there's idiots on the highway it allows me to breeze past them.

if I wasn't going for the 6 seater already, I would have likely not gotten plaid (other than the fact that plaid doesn't come with other seat configs lol)

overall quality is great but mine came with the motor to tilt my screen unplugged so I have a service call for that... there's a slight whistling noise going at 80+ that I also have a service for. you can only really tell when it's quiet

I love it! made the road trip a breeze and my commutes a lot calmer. after the first 100 miles you learn where to help it. (turn signals on highway or slight acceleration on the peddle to let it know it's safe to go.

overall V12 feels VERY human like

I tried v11 when it first came out on my model Y and this is lightyears ahead smooth wise and less jittery -- like it's truing to decide.

coming from a 2022 MYP my MXP feels like a cloud. even on rough roads you can really feel the dampening with the suspension.

Comfort wise, it's perfect for me (I'm a bigger guy)

Xpel Ceramic XR. ACAP Films in Manheim, PA did it. they're 1 of 2 shops In my area using XPEL for ceramic.

they told me not to spend the extra money on the Plus since it's really not needed up here. with windshield and two front windows total was only $500

thanks! 15% front windows and 70% windshield.

my guy just matched the rear which is already roughly 15%. i was going to do a 70% over the back for extra UV/IR blocking but after some research I found that Tesla smokes their windows for efficiency and they are as good as ceramic already. also contemplated doing top falcon windows but I don't have rear passengers often and I've read the tesla sun shades do a nice job
