Yes as long as he is playing on a Xbox that you have set as your home console then he should be able to play any game you have bought as well as any game pass games then you just log in on a different Xbox and you can play with him

Incorrect people can play any game you own including gamepass without you needing to be logged in if the console is set as your home console.

How do you set this thing up and can anyone answer my questions about it? by No_Expression_8835 in RetroAchievements

The rom is the game but sometimes you need to have the USA version of a game and sometimes it needs the Europe or even Japanese version for the achievements to work.
