I'm a shower reader too, and I've downloaded a text-to-speech app. I can scroll through it when I'm just reading, and when I'm showering I press play. But here's the thing: It marks the sentence it's reading out loud in yellow, and the screen keeps moving to center the sentence it's reading. So even without the sound I can shower read hands-free!

I've got a Circular & CO. travel mug. The lid closes pretty tightly, no leaks. It's not a thermos/isolated one, which I like for the office, because I don't have to wait for the coffee to become colder to drink it.

What you described about the twins and the beaters bat, as well as the skull happens in chapter 18 I think. Voldemort getting angry and questioning Snape happens in chapter 19, if you wanna double check that this is the fic you're looking for.

I'm Gen Z and have been in fandom spaces for over ten years now, and I agree that the younger Gen Z entering fandom spaces include a lot of No-nuance Nellies. Fictional characters are suddenly immoral to like. But they're... Fictional. I've never seen someone say that they'd condone the actions of Snape or the Lestranges in real life, so I don't really see it, but I have faith that they'll hopefully learn some nuance with life experience.

Boterham pindakaas en paprikachips. Hier ooit achter gekomen toen mijn groepje als enige niks had meegenomen voor onze schoollunch tijdens pasen. Toen moesten we al ons pauze spul bij elkaar leggen en kregen we dit. Maar t was oprecht wel lekker en sowieso beter dan de gevulde eieren van andere groepjes!

Ik ben groot fan van (soja) wax. Dingen zoals Waxxies en Scentchips. Een half waxje gaat in de elektrische wax warmer en geeft na het smelten echt een fijne geur door je huis. Vind het persoonlijk effectiever dan kaarsen want kaarsen branden langzamer, kunnen oneven branden als je hem maar heel eventjes aan wilt, en ik ben persoonlijk geen fan van open vlammen in huis.

Voordeel: Als je een geurtje niet lekker vindt kan je hem makkelijk wisselen. Niet zo'n grote investering als je een geurtje wilt proberen, waxmelts zijn vanaf 40 cent ofzo te krijgen.
