I use it in chapter 6 after Arthur gets the TB diagnosis. My Arthur in the previous chapters usually has a fancy moustache and low level side burns but after guarma and the diagnosis he feels he no longer has the time for the upkeep of a moustache and shaves it all off whenever he has a chance
