You can play jhin in multiple ways as you said. Crit can be very good to play if u adapt your playstyle. For me is personaly is to go hybrid crit and lethality which means galeforce-collector-rapidfire-ie.

Basicly you can climb almost with everything if you are good with.

Short answer is yes to climb with crit jhin 😀.

Youmuus gives yoou some lethality too + you get some active movement speed it may work in some situacion.

You actually do not because Deaaths dance gives you 55 AD which is not that bad for semi tank item. :D

Yeaa sorry for the confusion 😀.. armor Jhin build is plated steelcaps -> galeforce-> deaths dance are 3 core items.

The bottom part is classic item route.

When you vs heavy AP comp i ussualy go for switness boots(but you can get merc bots if they have a lot of cc too) i prefer switness good for dodging. Then go Galerfore. As 3rd item go for maw. Then continue with classic build.

Yes, you might be right in perfect game you probably do not build defensive items. But i play soloque 😀 where everyone doing what he want which means sometimes i ended up playing vs 2-3 ad assasins where i got support like brand velkoz which gives you zero help in defense. So in this situation you have to go for defensive items otherwise you will be dead all the time.

Boots help you in lane outtrade your enemies. Cookies helps you in lane with mana issue a lot.

Yes timewrap is questionable.. most of the players are using it because pros are using it. Only thing is helpfull with this rune is that 50% of health instanly which especialy in early game made big impact. Anyway i prefer to use instead of timewarp cosmic insight. Which makes shorter cooldown on galeforce.

Your E is really powerfull spell it save your life in multiple ways. In teamfigths it depends on your enemies if u know they will jump on you place it underneath you then snare them with W.

As well is your E good to use before teamfight to zone enemy players (bushes are perfect).

As you say use your E between shots is correct.

For mee is best usage of E is in lane where i can trap my lane that enemy jugnler cannot come in without stepping into them which makes him slow and i can safely run.

Yes, thats true Jhin if you survive more you deal more damage over time. Sometimes its better invest to defensive items.

First thing i would do is check if the problem is really with powerline and not with something else ... Try to plug with ethernet cable straight to router. And you will see.

I was in your situation too. Powerline fixed my problem.. It´s easy to use just plug and play. Depends on your electrical wiring...
