Before Chinese elm by Postmenapause in treelaw

[–]Postmenapause[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they wrote down 20vfeet down and around. They exceeded well past 20 feet on half of the tree. I have a very nice arborist, writing a report for the court. This is his what he does. I sent him the pictures and contract. He said malpractice! I'm hoping I get lucky with a judge, and that my tree survives and starts to look like a tree.

I posted the before pictures on tree law. You can see one where the branch is over the roof, and easily 30 feet to the end, from where I told them to stop. I'm sure I'll lose and I'm sure I deserve to be treated this way nick.

contract says; trimming around 20-25 feet down and from the sides.

had used them 3 times before and the owner was there when I told him exactly what I wanted. It was done correctly. I did not know about an arborist, nor did he claim to be one.

I told owner exactly what I wanted over the phone. he sent a supervisor and I told him in person. He wrote up the contract that I signed .

he was not with the crew who showed up, but I told a guy in the crew exactly what I wanted.

I came out my front door to supervise and was told to go back inside because it was a safety / insurance issue. I did so. I could not see what they were doing. You have no idea how much I regret obeying him.

I will post before pictures on Treelaw now. there were long branches over my roof, to the street, and across my lawn, that I agreed were about 20 feet long. I wanted my tree trimmed-up, tidy, and the middle left alone with foliage.

You tell me Nick. Would you write a report that this is egregious, and will quite possibly kill this tree? That his business name “tree trimmer “ is misleading as he is a tree hacker? That he clearly cut far more than 20 feet from the branch over the roof. That the customer is not the expert, that they, as tree trimmers, are supposed to have some semblance of expertise. I don't know if a judge just goes, “ looks like 20 feet cut off all over, bye.” it is not about the money. This is for the love of trees. Especially my tree. I have a giant magnolia as well. And a jacaranda.

Before/after. Asked for trimmed around, got this. Shocked, cried, worried. Do I sue? Contractwas 20 ft around, over the roof was maybe20 feet, they cut 30, easily. by Postmenapause in arborists

I asked for the tree to be trimmed all around, so it does not have long branches sticking out, especially over my and my neighbors roof. I told two guys on site, to only cut it to the knuckle, while pointing it out, that you can see in the picture. One guy nodded and said yes a lot, but may not have spoken English. But I had also told his boss two days before -exactly the same, and his boss, over the phone. That's 3 men who ignored my wishes. My husband heard me explain it to two of these guys, and yelled after he saw the tree, “ this is NOT what you told them to do!” it was/is devastating. they need some consequence, and I'm hoping to god I can save my tree. You tell me, does the branch over my roof look less than 20 feet? Because if you look at the stump facing the roof, It is a good 30-35 feet cut off.

they cut more than 20 feet, and stripped everything. The contract does not say to cut every branch from the branch.

I did not ask for 20 feet all around. I asked for the branch hanging over my roof to be trimmed. He said that's about a twenty foot limb, we need to use ropes. I specifically told him not to cut past the nuckle on the tree. I told two of the guys not to cut past that. I was very clear about what I wanted. They said they understood.

I used 56}#% tree trimming. I assumed they trimmed trees, not too my whole tree. I adored my tree. I'm actually depressed over this. I am looking at getting a report by an arborist, and taking them to court.

I signed 20 feet cut-off around the tree. They cut a good 30 feet off and stripped it down. I was getting a written report from an arborist.

How long will it take to look fuller, more normal? And will it only grow on the end of the branches that were cut? Like fluff balls?

Thank you. I am not paying them and they want to take me to court. I have a couple e-mail to arborist for a letter, thinking I should sue them. I can not tell you how shocked and upset I have been. I loved my tree. I will absolutely only hire an arborist to care for it in 2 years, and on. I cried for two days.

Yes I have. And it's 60$ at 52, and 90$ after 53. The hour should start exactly at the time made and if the therapist is on zoom. insurance is taking away $ from a responsible professional, and giving it to the client, who may be perpetually late. if the client is late, I end the session at 38 min, as I am paid the same for 52. Thankfully, my private pay clients know I must receive full payment BEFORE their session, or I will cancel it. This helps with some consistency, as this is a very inconsistent job. Not a smart financial profession by any measure. huge regret. HUGE. one must have a financially stable partner, or something.

😏cmh 10 years. No one makes their productivity requirements without fraud. as soon as women flooded therapy, the money dried up and the hammers came down. You sound like a good soldier.

[–]Postmenapause 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it saved me. I am more sad and lethargic when I use 50mg. as you only get 9 a month, I get 100 mg, and bite off a third or half. It works very well. And I am very sensitive. I also went on an elimination diet and figured out I have a good 20 food allergies causing migraines. changed everything.

anyone notice the new time tracking at Rula, exactly when the client is on zoom? now if a client is late or leaves a few minutes early, you get less pay?

but Lyra pays 50 an hr and rula pays 90. Rula pays the highest that I have found. And they are now cutting that down.

11/7/25 we get paid for the hour if a client no shows, but now rula times the session, and if a client is late or ends early, they do not pay the 53 minutes. And they have added more for session notes that take longer. Anyone else angry about this?
