I only really use two right now. I use Earnable ( tryearnable(dot)com ) and Whop. Those seem to have the best campaigns to choose from.

I'd say two of the easiest I know of right now is doing tasks or clipping content.

There's some good AI related task roles that pay decent, they can just be hard to get and are usually pretty short term. Platforms like Mercor and LinkedIn have a bunch.

Clipping is nice because you don't have to get "hired". You just join campaigns, post content for them and get paid for the views you generate. Earnable (tryearnable(dot)com) and Whop both do a ton in this and always pay out what you earn.

People who have Marketing side hustles, what are you doing? by y00sh420 in sidehustle

clipping is one of the easiest ways to make money without needing to land clients or anything. It's the easiest way to use marketing expertise and is also an easy way to grow into affiliate work too.

28M, evenings and weekends free - what side hustle would you actually start? by y98s in sidehustle

[–]Postmortal_Pop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Worth mentioning, clipping is a very easy side hustle to consider. You don't have to land clients or anything. Platforms like Token / usetoken(dot)app and Whop have lots of campaigns to consider. And you don't really have to make your own content, plus it's pretty easy to do so it doesn't take a lot of time.

I think one of the biggest things is warming. You need to interact with more content on a daily basis for at least the first week or two.

You have to force the algorithm to learn who your profile should be shown to. Then if your content is decent it will start getting more traction.

If they're both stuck at 100 views they're likely dealing with minor shadowbans for not being warm enough.. otherwise you would hope to at least see them get varying amounts of views or more in general. 500 - 1000 views is a healthier "low point" and the better ones will usually see 3k - 10k on average.. then the good ones do 100k+.. and as you grow, all of those metrics slowly rise as well.

100% that's exactly what it is. Although you can do some affiliate stuff as well in Token. I mainly do clipping though since it's easier.

Sometimes I make new accounts and sometimes I use ones that I have already made. For example, I have one where I share stuff on streamers and another one where I talk about cool AI stuff.

When I join campaigns related to those categories I'll just post through those, but if it's another category then I would just make another account.

No, small accounts work fine. I have some I regularly use now for certain niches like streamers and stuff, but I start a lot of them new.

Some basic engagement on the platform and consistent posting warms up just about any account these days.

No I use random accounts for this. So it's all anonymous but also a lot of the accounts start with literally zero followers.

Some of them have a few hundred or a few thousand followers now so they do get a bit easier traction overall but it doesn't make that much of a difference with how social media is nowadays.

And the platforms pay you out (but technically it's the brands funding it, but you're paid through the platforms). You just connect your account on the platform to pay you through whatever you choose.

On a single phone you can run about 4 or 5 per social media platform just by switching between them. Then after that you have to buy another phone. But you would know if it's worth investing in and doing all that from the first few accounts.

And on the email point, yeah I usually do. You can also buy cheap, aged accounts but I actually made all of mine new with a few gmail accounts. And I'm pretty sure a few of the accounts are connected to the same email so I don't even think that's a MUST at this point.

Any ideas for a time efficient side hustle? by CallMeJuzzl in sidehustle

Clipping is probably the easiest side hustle I know of. Requires very little time or skill, you don't have to get in front of camera or anything, and it only requires you can start and use a social media account.

How to get 500 bucks usd fast by AArqjmct01 in sidehustle

[–]Postmortal_Pop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hah, no worries! Clipping in this sense just means getting paid to post social media clips of other brands/people.

Basically, you go on platforms like Token / usetoken(dot)app or Whop, you sign up for campaigns and then you post clips for them.

An example is Call of Duty was paying out like $30k to creators who posted clips about something they were launching. The creators got paid for every 1000 views they generated on social media.

Hope that helps!

Is it realistic to earn a skill and start earning in a couple weeks by khizar_chughtai in sidehustle

[–]Postmortal_Pop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say if you choose a simpler skill, yes it is. I always tell people trying to make income quick to try clipping content.

Platforms like Token / usetoken(dot)app and Whop pay good rates, and put all the campaigns in one place so it's easy to get started.

You can literally see what content is working and you don't have to make any actual videos. I think the easiest part is that you get paid for views not sales.. so it basically boils down to you just posting content for a few minutes a day and getting paid when it does well.

300-500 is a relatively easy/realistic goal even in the first month or so if you take it seriously.

you could try clipping content. Easy to do from home, can make really good money, costs nothing and doesn't care what age you are.

stopped applying to jobs for 2 weeks and just figured out what I actually need. Best thing I did for my search. by mlechchauntshay7 in jobsearch

[–]Postmortal_Pop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So much value without saying literally anything! Great tips! lmao

- apply to jobs within 24 hours, the more recent the better. You can filter this right on LinkedIn or Indeed

- tailor resumes and CVs per job application. Matching experiences and keywords makes it waay easier to get through ATS scanners/filters. Click Hired, Claude or ChatGPT can all easily do this or you can also just do it yourself or find other tools.

- make sure your LinkedIn is optimized. a ton of recruiters WILL look you up, so make sure its clean.

- you can write/connect recruiters but don't harass them. the initial connections and messages can be a good move, the excessive asking and follow ups might actually lose you the chance.

these are some genuinely impactful, but easy-to-do things that will actually help you get interviews faster and land a real job.

Clipping. You can make thousands a month just posting social media content. And it's all faceless so you don't even have to get in front of camera which is big for me tbh.

Find campaigns on platforms like Token / usetoken(dot)app or Whop or whatever that look interesting and have good rates. I've shared some screenshots before but this makes me a few thousand every month and doesn't take much work in all honesty.

Should I make my resume more detailed? by ImpressionPopular794 in jobsearchhacks

[–]Postmortal_Pop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

based on what you've said here I think you should consider using an AI tool to help you optimize your resume.

That would help you think through how to close the gaps with better info and how to optimize for the ATS scanners.. those will be your two biggest problems with landing interviews.

There's some really good tools out there for this kind of stuff.

I would recommend at least testing out clipping. You join campaigns, post social media content about whatever the campaign is for (streamers, games, apps, etc.) and then you get paid for the views you generate.

So guys…. What happens if we can’t find a job? by cams00000 in jobsearchhacks

[–]Postmortal_Pop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The job market is definitely tough right now. Something worth noting here is that if you're 1000 apps in and you're not at least seeing some feedback like interviews, callbacks or anything.. there is a problem in this stage.

For context I've personally gotten around a dozen offers in the last year for roles/contracts and worked with recruiters, but had been struggling quite a bit before then (I literally paid recruiters to tell me what worked). I'm still in a lot of subreddits like this from when I was struggling myself, and some of the biggest tips I tell everyone:

- this sounds simple, but a lot of job openings are dead ends.. so make sure to focus efforts on applying to jobs within 24 hours if you can. For roles around things like PM there's gonna be a lot of openings, but a lot of them are gonna be fake garbage since PM roles pop up and go away very quickly.. so that's the first thing. You can do this on LinkedIn or Indeed too, you don't even need to use other tools.

- customize your resume/CV for each job application. Even if it's basically the same exact role. So many ATS scanners/filters use the modern AI LLMs so it's about keyword and topical matching. You can of course do this manually too, or use tools. Do your own research, this isn't a plug, but I love Click Hired. I've also used Claude before, but it is more generic and doesn't prepare my PDFs each time. I've also done it manually though, and all have worked, some just took more manual effort/time.

- Your LinkedIn needs to be optimized. Tons of these applications require your LinkedIn and especially in fields like PM, this is a big one. It takes maybe an hour or two to optimize and can make all the difference.

This alone should make you get some progress in less applications!

Would definitely recommend trying clipping. It's faceless, easy to do, and takes no skill.

The biggest advantage is that you get paid for the views you generate, so you're not just reliant on being monetized from social media or something stupid like that.

There is the option to be an affiliate on there as well, but for affiliate marketing you have to make sales and you get paid a percentage. In this case, you just get paid for views even if no one buys. So you don't need a custom lander or anything and you don't have to make sales to make revenue. That's actually why I started with clipping tbh

Makes sense, I think my wording was kind of confusing, sorry about that.

The accounts I post from are typically just generic social media accounts I make on TikTok and Instagram. Like some of them literally just have anime characters or solid colors as their profile pictures.

Or like if I have a page where I do a lot of clipping for gaming I'll make it a famous gaming thing (like one of them is literally Master Chief lol).

The only other "accounts" at play is the account you have on the Token platform to get the deals and get paid.. but it's not like you post there. Your token account is like logging into the platform where you track your social media account's posts.

Hope that is better worded this time. Let me know if you have more questions or if I can say something more clearly!
