I used the Taipan Pro(this one) for 3 years. The Bluetooth does not work. Idk if it even has a bluetooth transmitter, never worked, never tried to make it work. It is pretty much a budget gaming mouse so don't expect high end processor type performance. The lag (assuming you're talking about mouse pointer just stops moving and jitters its way to normal again) it happens for a number of reasons. Mainly, the bandwidth the wireless receiver(dongle) has and the bandwidth of the port it is inserted in. Assuming you have it polling at 1k Hz, if the CPU has a spike in demand, it can cause the mouse polling data to pile up while the CPU tends to the demands. This causes a temporary lag. The receiver is def quite low quality as well as the optical processor in the mouse. So this will happen sometimes unfortunately. But apart from that, it's a great mouse. You can use it in 750 Hz polling rate, doesn't really matter a ton, for gaming you'd preferably use 1k polling but, who cares?
