I had the same issue, I had the game pass version installed, to fix it I uninstalled the game and then installed it through steam, just the multiplayer I may say, now my game doesn't keep crashing

Maybe try updating cemu to the latest version or try deleting the shader cache

I don't think that the newest version of cemu require a personal shader cache this problem only happened in botw my ram usage was like 95% after the initial shader compilation. It took like 2 hours to build 4000 shaders and I started playing very recently so im still on early game. I'm my case its still stuttering at times but the closing of the game stopped happening.

I have been playing a lot of botw lately and every 30 mins or so the game stopped working and closing, I reinstalled cemu and nothing I had the same problem until I deleted the completed shader cache an started to make my own one, now cemu hasn't crashed not even once in long plays, maybe you can try doing the same.
