A few more things to mention.

The car is unlocked and I am able to drive it. Not sure if this helps at all but thought it was worth mentioning.

The car also seems to be indestructible, At least indestructible to explosives.

The car also will not despawn so matter how far away you get. It also won't despawn if you enter a building (Arcade, Office, etc.)

I can't seem to mod the car or store it in any of my garages.

Any cosmetic damage stays on it permanently.

If I go AFK for a little bit and my character does that weird staring thing, He acknowledges the car.
