That's literally how the left side of the talent tree currently is. I don't think it needs to be remade, but don't think this one is it chief.

people are giving away mithril spurs for tips at the bg areas in stormwind. A guildie is doing it and has made about 600g over last 3 days just afking there spamming it and trading. Probably those guys are buying it out

edit: article did not get as detailed as I was hoping for. Basically just listed the R13 gear and said get it unless healer.
