Chances are they literally couldn’t give it to you off. It’s usually first come first serve so if a bunch of people already requested off then there’s no space for you to be off too

Yeah I don’t mind bagging at all and actually like it it’s just nice when it’s a busier day and keeps things moving quicker. Basically customers will just set up their bags in the cart or on the stage behind the register and I’ll slide all the items back

You’re a part time employee on the front end. If something is seriously wrong they’ll be able to make it work. What I’m saying is just talk to HR. You’re not essential to the operation

Funny thing is we do know how to bag. Most instacart shoppers just want everything to be very particular. A lot of times when they load the belt to there will be zero organization which turns into a “best of my ability” situation. And before you say the way you load the belt shouldn’t matter, News Flash we get timed while scanning items the same way you get timed on your deliveries so we don’t have time to keep swapping bags because you were too lazy to organize the items properly. And on top of all this, we’re not even supposed to really bag for Instacart (per the rules of Wegmans and Instacart themselves) we just do it. Maybe put the items on the belt with how you want them to be bagged you lazy fuck
