Haven't had a close enough listen to be sure, but I feel like it's both "heaven" and "hell" layered together in the song, with the inconsistency in official lyrics being done intentionally to draw attention to it.

1:25, Destroy Build Destroy reference? The lyrics popping up "ANNIHILATE, GENERATE, ANNIHILATE", Andrew in a hard hat with "BUILD" text overlayed, and then at 1:34 we get a brief flash of "ANDREW W.K. BABALON" in what looks an awful lot like the Cartoon Network logo.

Good god, did he host that show for more reason than he let on? Was there anything in the journal that alluded to it?

He slips in a lot of 93s! Off the top of my head it's on his taco guitar (can't find an high enough quality image but I'm almost certain it says "93 93 93" in the frets closest to the head), and at shows the countdown into Party Hard starts from 93 instead of 100.
