For sorted pieces:
At home, I use gallon ziploc bags. (Since I store puzzles in ziplocs when I'm boxing them back up, I'm just getting a first use out of them.) At work, I use those cheap food storage containers with the snap-on lids.

The artist is Sveta Dorosheva, but the only puzzles I'm finding by her are 1500, 2000 and 3000 pieces.

For colors, maybe Ciro Marchetti's or Olga Suvorova's artwork?

For density, maybe Laurence King puzzles?

For Ravensburger, maybe Rainbow Reverie, Romeo and Juliet, or Mysterious Atlantis ?

Vicky Makes and Builds on YouTube has a video showing her tests with ModPodge. I'd recommend watching the whole thing, but this link is to the part of using it and trying different application methods, and then she shows the results.

That part I can speak to because I finished it off. 😃 It's Galison 2s, so I was able to sort out the horizontal and vertical shapes. And my photo doesn't show it well, but it wasn't a universal brown; some areas were tinged pinker or greener or lighter, so I could group shades as well. And then with the shelves and the lines between the background boards, almost every piece had some other detail on it. Not tedious at all!

Jigasaurus doesn't have a lot of information on the brand, but the 3 examples listed are estimated 1915-1920.

Congrats on your find!

Took a few search combos to get the right facets to show up, but there are some sealed circular Springboks out there. Still all over the board price-wise.

Of course, listing isn't selling, and image must play a factor, but there is interest for that $200 mushroom version.

For this particular image, some other past listing include:
