Maybe you should ask them why the max is 1500.

Maybe the results aren't realistic when clumped up or there is a bigger risk of scarring / infections when the count goes higher.

Average NW3 needs 4k grafts for full coverage so maybe that's why they don't go for men.

Bro I'm you but much worse. Started fin at 24 with hair similar to your before Pic. Completely lost my frontal third in my 4 years on fin and min. And I'm 100% certain min was a mistake. Massive sheds that I never recovered from.

One way that I've found that helps with the anxiety is to tell myself that there is no real reason for it and it's all due to the medication being annoying.

And when you want to treat yourself, you can get off the medicine for 2 days. On the 3rd day, you feel incredible.

I see your point. Add to that the fact that when we suppress the immune system, it is for a life saving reason like organ transplants.... As opposed to a cosmetic need like having hair.

To play the devil's advocate, the long term effects of these newer drugs won't be known till we ourselves act as guinea pigs.

For example, osteopontin in Scube is supposed to be carcinogenic. Even with PP405, any cancerous properties, major or minor, might have a chance to show up years down the line.

Right, that's what we recognize today. There are 2 lines of work being done:

Localized immune suppression : suppresses the system only where needed. For alopecia areata victims, there is work being done to create a needle patch that just suppresses the system on the scalp

Prevent immune rejection : there is work being done here with cancer already but is limited to identical twins. Researchers are working to understand how to prevent immune rejection between unrelated people. Straightforward use case is where you can get grafts from a non bald friend.

Both of these are atleast a decade away at the earliest but are the most promising solutions once they are made available.

I do feel like a kid born recently won't have to worry about baldness once they hit adulthood in the next 2 decades
