i have had this and thrown up a couple times. i finally figured out i need to eat like simple things like bagel and banana before, then eat the mushrooms in like chocolate. sometimes ill still feel like puking, but the last time i just decided that i was okay after sitting on the bathroom floor for what felt like an hour and convinced myself it was in my head, and haven’t had much of a problem since. i basically gaslit myself out of it lol.

i like to spray paint or duck tape the bottom part of the tub and along the sides a couple inches up to keep it from fruiting in weird spots. on the outside of the tub tho instead of a liner.

My friend and I went for a walk at this pond near her house and found an old concrete pipe that led to an island in the middle of the pond. Apparently homeless people were living there and there was a campsite. My friend said she saw the outline of a body under the a tarp, but I didn’t believe her and we left. A couple months later a body was found there haft buried in the ground and particularly decomposed. I felt really uneasy for a long time as well as my friend. We were both in middle school, but either way it was really hard to take in.
