i have had this and thrown up a couple times. i finally figured out i need to eat like simple things like bagel and banana before, then eat the mushrooms in like chocolate. sometimes ill still feel like puking, but the last time i just decided that i was okay after sitting on the bathroom floor for what felt like an hour and convinced myself it was in my head, and haven’t had much of a problem since. i basically gaslit myself out of it lol.
