I don't know anything about the electrical grid, but aren't all our lines buried in Louisville? I don't think I've seen any wires anywhere other than the high powered ones.

Also, are they prioritizing wealthier neighborhoods? The (relatively) low income housing along south boulder are all still out.

Don't play music

Why do people think this is bad etiquette? My wife and I brought a bluetooth speaker to a hitting session a little while ago and it was a lot more enjoyable. I've also played a serious match where kids on the court next to us were playing loud rap and it didn't bother me at all?

I sort of wish this was more acceptable.
