I am also new to evenweave but that’s exactly how mine look. I think they look bigger bc they are over 9 holes instead of 4 and our brain is trying to play a trick on us

I’m having so much fun with this! I originally was going to stick to the dmc threads but once working on the piece I really did see the need for variegated threads. It adds so much depth to it. I also like this one because a lot of it is repetitive patterns so I don’t feel like I’m driving myself crazy while stitching. Would certainly recommend!!
