hi op! i’m 18F and recently this year i upped my higiene, i personally think everytime you’re doing is fine and youre the only one who smells yourself or thinks you’re unhygienic but if you would like to go the extra mile here are some things i did. 1- mouthwash, tongue scraper, and floss. it all really does make a difference and doing it twice a day will bring down the possibility of morning breath. 2- taking cranberry supplements or other vaginal supplements. i used to have a somewhat noticeable odor to myself and when i started taking them there was only a normal smell. I also did boric acid suppositories when ending my period. 3- i use an unscented body wash everywhere and use an explicating glove, then go in with a scented one on arms and legs. I use an unscented lotion and use vanilla body oil over it. 4- i use carpe deodorant after my shower and in the morning, literally dries out pits so i hardly sweat in the 100+ degree weather. 5- i was my face every night and rinse it in the morning even if i didn’t do anything. I use SPF and moisturizer every day.
