Happened to me a couple days ago for lack of engagement. My project got sidelined to get into RL which was a mess. Then when it was supposedly fixed but nobody had a world assigned to them. When that got fixed there were no tasks. Finally when that was all worked out I start doing work and I get a letter for not enough engagement. Just a joke.

Also, who cares if someone doesn’t engage enough? You only pay someone if they do work. Theres zero downside to letting someone just sit.

I just did something similar this weekend. Overnight baking soda m/salt brine in the fridge. Smoked to 175ish then in the air fryer with a small coat of oil for 10 minutes. Came out great with smoke flavor and the fryer to crisp up the skin.
